We looked at a home where Malia Hunt Hughes was the selling agent. Her integrity and character was for-front and what eventually brought us to trust her to represent us as the buyers in this deal as well. We got a great home at a fair price and she served both sides fairly. I recommend Malia for either side of the equation!

My wife & I enjoyed having Malia as our realtor! She is a very caring, thoughtful, & honest individual. Selling your home of 25 years can be & was a very traumatic experience. But Malia was there each step of the way to ease the pain. And she provided a buyer who really seems to care as much or more for the attributes of the “Timberframe” as we did. We feel “our baby” is in good hands thanks to Malia!!

We sold a house with Malia and bought a condo through her. She is fabulous to work with. She was eager to help and not just to sell a house. She won't lie to you, she will tell you what she thinks will work to get the job done. When looking for a new home she never pushed anything at us. She guided us in the decision and had answers to our questions. With downsizing it was a very scary thing to go through. She gave us time to make choices. We have never lived in a condo association before but Maria had all the rules, policies and paperwork to us to aid in our decision. There were no surprises. It is no wonder she is very successful!! If we ever need a Realtor again we will call her!
